Which Tirana terminal should you use?
Orikum is south of Vlorë and is not a major Tirana intercity terminal destination in the same way as Vlorë itself. Check e-Transport for a current through/coastal service; otherwise plan Tirana–Vlorë first and continue locally.

After a late arrival, a private transfer from Tirana or taxi from Vlorë is simpler than depending on a final local bus. If your next morning includes a boat or marina appointment, staying close to the exact departure point matters more than staying in the nominal town center.
