What to include in your message
- For a correction: the URL of the article and the detail you believe should be updated.
- For a travel-related question: the destination and the part of the article you are referring to.
- For a business or partnership enquiry: your company name, website and a clear description of the proposal.
- For privacy requests: write “Privacy Request” in the subject line and explain the right you wish to exercise.
Editorial corrections
We take useful corrections seriously. Travel information can change, especially transport, prices, opening times and seasonal services. If a correction can be verified, we will consider updating the relevant page.
Partnerships and commercial messages
We may consider relevant travel partnerships, but editorial coverage is not automatically provided in exchange for a product, stay, service or payment. Sponsored or commercial relationships, when accepted, are identified appropriately and remain separate from our editorial judgement.
Response times
Messages are reviewed as workload permits. We cannot provide emergency travel assistance, individual legal or immigration advice, or customer support for bookings made with third-party companies. For an existing reservation, contact the booking provider directly.
